Dear Family,
It's pretty amazing how different it is. Since I deal with just Hispanics I am apart of their culture. For example, it's been a while since I have had real american food. Almost all the things I eat are spanish food. Jose (the guy that has worked with Alan and Duston the last 3 years) told me that he has a sheep stomach soup, he tried to give me some last summer, but I went with Dad to McDonalds instead.
Today we went to Levanworth because this next week is Elder Fram's last week. It was fun I took a lot of pictures. I write to Elder Campbell (Elder Garrett's companion in the MTC) once in awhile. From what I hear he is doing fine. He said he is still having a hard time rolling his r's.
This is the last week of this transfer so I might move I might not.

Elder Garrett arrived in Spokane, WA on July 14. His first area is Quincy, WA. On August 26th he was transfered to Wenatchee, WA. On October 13, his companion Elder Frazier was transfered to open a new area, so Elder Garrett's first companion was transfered to Wenatchee, so they are companions again!

Elder Garrett was transfered on Nov. 18, to Warden, Wa. He says that it's a small town, smaller than Quincy his first area.

Elder Garrett finally got transfered! He served in Warden for 7 1/2 months. He is now District Leader and he was transfered to Brewster, it is a small town right on the Columbia River, and 53% Hispanic. He also covers 6 other small towns!

Elder Garrett was transfered on October 20th to Royal City, another small town. He says he hopes he doesn't die there....meaning he hopes that it isn't his last area. He only has 7 months left so we'll have to see.

Well Elder Garrett was transfered on February 22, 2010. He is thinking that this will be his last area. He was transfered to Chelan, his Mission President picked him to go and "build" a Spanish branch, he is very excited for the challenge!!
