Dear Family,
This past week a lot of good things happened and also sad. First the sad. Andrea Salas the mom we baptized doesn't like the snow, so she left for California. So I'm going to miss her three little kids. The oldest boy his name is Antonio. He calls himself a Missionary. His mom wants him to go on a mission when he gets older. He could never say my name so he called me Elder Garget. I'll miss them. Also another investigator named Summer moved to east Wenatchee. Now that she moved she is out of my area. East Wenatchee Elder's will teach her. I'm one week older than her, and she has a kid. She was changing her life for the better.
But some good things have happened here to balance it out. For example we were tracking a street called mission. As we knocked on this house a guy opened the door. At first I thought that he was going to say no and we would leave. But as we were talking he told us he and his wife were looking for a church. We gave a Restoration pamphlet and set up another time. We went back and taught them. I have a good feeling now that he will be baptized. It's starting to get cold but not too bad. When we are on bikes I get warm so it's not too bad yet.
I just got home and saw the box. Really cool. I liked the football fields. Also nice pictures of spongebob. I forgot about that show. I've also forgotten a lot of other things. It's good because I'm not focusing to much on home. But a lot on the work. I can't believe it's been almost 6 months. Well got to go!
Love,
Elder Garrett
