Dear Family,
This past week was alot of fun. The boxes you sent had a lot of usefull things. I really liked the letters, and jerky. On Easter we went to a members home. They had a bunch of family home, it was fun being with them. Later that night we stopped by the Richens family home. She made me a cake. They sand Happy Birthday. Then when we got home Brother and Sister Robertson also made me a cake. And again they sang Happy Birthday to me. It was a great day.
I haven't gotten sick of Warden yet. I wouldn't mind being here for another 2 transfers. We have a lot of great investigators. Hopefully soon we will be able to Harvest.
Elder Scoggin is a great Elder. His Spanish isn't very good but he has learned alot while he has been out. He is excited every day to work, and eager to get better.
My Spanish is going good. I know more than I give myself credit for. I can understand 75% of it. I can carry on a conversation, I can't go to far off subject yet.
Pretty soon Elder Reyna and his group will go home. Then the group of Elders ahead of us will be the oldest in the mission. But their are a lot of great Elders here now.
Gram and Grandpa, and Grandma & Grandpa sent me a card with some money, it was good I was starting to run low on cash. Thank you for all the letters and gifts, me and my companion will have a sweet week.
Love Elder Garrett
