Dear Family,
Today I received Britneys box. I was surprized to see so many cd's. But I also thought it was a good idea. I have listened to the songs and they are good. I really liked them. We don't have any real plans for Thanksgiving but it will be our day off. This past week I went to Mattana to do a baptismal interview. This guy has been investigating for 5 years. He has a wife that was baptized and an active member. He wanted a sign that he should be baptized. He doesn't drink much but one night he went drinking, he was drunk driving home. And got in a wreck. He didn't hit anyone, but he totaled his car. He jumped out before it rolled and got knocked out. And he said he saw a light, and that the missionaries were in it. A couple days later he had an impretion that that was his answer. So I gave the interview and after an hour I told him that he could be baptized, it was a good interview. That same day we passed bu the junk yard and saw his truck, so I took some pics.
If you could send me my leatherman that would be good. You don't need to buy a new one just send the old one with your next box. Well I am grateful fo all you do. I love you all, Elder Garrett
